Zeleste's Christmas menus can be enjoyed from November 23 up until Christmas. As Christmas time is a busy season be sure to make your reservation in advance. We look forward to welcoming you and your guests.

STARTER
Salmon - goat's cream cheese - cress - seeds
Kloster Eberbach, Trocken Riesling, Rheingau

MAIN COURSE
Duck conf it - apple - red cabbage - potato mash - cherry sauce
Château de Puy-Blanquet, Grand Cru, Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux

DESSERT
Cherry sorbet - cherry purée - almonds - rice foam - almond meringue
Tonel 12, Quinta de la Rosa, Douro, Portugal - 10 year Old Tawny

Price per person 345 kr.
Including wine menu + 260 kr. 

ADDITIONAL
2 kinds of cheese - chutney - crisp bread
Monbazillac, Sémillon, France
CHEESE + 55 kr. per person
MONBAZILLAC + 60 kr. per person
